Denise files for restraining order

Denise Richards filed documents in court Friday accusing Charlie Sheen of threatening her and putting their children at risk through his pornography and prostitution habits. Among other charges, Richards claims she was pushed and shoved by Sheen and that he threatened to kill her, and that he made threats against her parents. She also accused Sheen of frequenting websites with "very young girls, who looked underage to me, with pigtails, braces, no pubic hair, performing oral sex with each other," as well as gay pornography sites featuring very young men during their reconciliation last September. She has filed a restraining order against her estranged husband and requested that Sheen's visitations with their children, Lola and Sam, be monitored. In response, Sheen's lawyer said, "Mr. Sheen strongly believes that it is in the best interests of his children to have frequent and substantial contact with each of their parents. His children are his priority and he intends to do everything possible to assure that he will continue to play a significant role in their lives." Richards also issues a statement late this afternoon, saying, "...my primary concern is and always has been the welfare of the children and this action today was taken to ensure their safety as well as mine."
