Lost star Michelle Rodriguez pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was ordered by a judge to choose between serving five days in jail or performing 240 hours of community service. Rodriguez chose the slammer. The DUI was her second - she was sentenced to three years' probation in 2004 after the first charge.
