Janet's amazing transformation
Janet Jackson claimed she gained weight for a film role that fell through, topping the scales at 180 pounds. It's taken her four months to drop the excess, and she told US magazine that she did it by working out six days a week with a trainer and consulting with a nutrionist and getting specially prepared meals delivered daily. "Going from being able to eat whatever you wanted to being on this regimented eating plan was tough. Your body's going, 'We want more!' I hate - I can't say it enough - I hate working out," she said. "Now I weight like 120 pounds, but I still want to do a little bit more toning. For now, it's just nice to get back down to where I feel more comfortable with me."
