Is Britney Spears having baby number two today? According to some media reports, the pop star and husband Kevin Federline scheduled a Caesarian delivery today at UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center. Federline told reporters last month that that new baby would be born on Halloween, but the announcement is being considered a possible ruse to throw off the press. The couple welcomed son Sean Preston nearly a year ago in the same hospital.
