Nick Lachey is among a group of celebs being sued by a woman claiming she was cheated out of owning a lucrative basketball franchise. The woman claims she entered into a contract with a company owned by A.J. Discala (Lachey's pal and ex-husband to Jamie Lynn Sigler) to become acting president of "Hollywood Fame" - a new bball team - and receive 10% of the franchise's stock. In court papers, the woman claims Discala squeezed her out by giving away all the stock to other people, including Lachey. The woman is seeking a minimum of $1.25 million in compensatory damages and calls Discala's behavior "despicable, intentional, deceitful...with a willful and conscious disregard for [her] rights."
