Ryan Phillippe filed a legal response earlier this week to estranged wife Reese Witherspoon's divorce claim. In documents submitted on Tuesday, Phillippe is seeking joint custody of the former couple's two children, and cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split. The Flags of Our Fathers actor is not asking for spousal support and asks that child visitation be "equally allocated." Witherspoon filed for divorce last November.source
