The recording, posted at TMZ.com, captures a conversation between a distressed, unidentified caller and the 911 dispatcher. The caller says she and friends are attempting to administer CPR to West, who had stopped breathing after suffering what the caller assumes is a heart attack. Informed of the recording, Dr. Jan Adams, the plastic surgeon who worked on Donda West before her death, said, "I have not heard the tape yet so I cannot comment at this time."
