Revolve Clothing's Black Thursday Mega Sale!

Unless you've been living under a couch cushion, you're fully aware that this week is RIPE with absurdly great deals. Check out all of this gorgeousness from Revolving Clothing -- almost all of my picks are under $100, plus they're doing free shipping, AND you can save 15% with promo code JT. I know because I JUST DID!

($279, Rafe, RevolveClothing.com)
Beauts patent leather faux croc black boots! Love the gold hardware at the top.

($175, Frye, RevolveClothing.com)
As much as I LOVE grey boots, I actually like these Frye Ava boots best in black. And for $175, you'd be INSANE not to pick them up.

($50, Trina Turk, RevolveClothing.com)
Both pairs of boots would look so cute with this Trina Turk bag.

($49, Generra, RevolveClothing.com)
... Or this office-pretty Generra top.

($63, Charlotte Ronson, RevolveClothing.com)
... Which would look really cute with these Charlotte Ronson flats with pyramid studs (yay!)

($48, Matt Bernson, RevolveClothing.com)
Or these Matt Bernson flats.

($153, CNC, RevolveClothing.com)
... Which you should not carry with this amazing CNC by Costume National studded clutch!

($43, Primp, RevolveClothing.com)
... But I would carry it with this fun leopard top!

($62, Betsey Johnson, RevolveClothing.com)
... Which I'd wear with these Betsey Johnson heels...

($34, YMC, RevolveClothing.com)
... Or these YMC hi-tops.

($58, Luc Kieffer, RevolveClothing.com)
All of which I'd wear with this fun Luc Kieffer ring.

($58, Married to the Mob, RevolveClothing.com)
Kay, so also, this Married to the Mob jacket is just $58!! For srs!

($51, Members Only, RevolveClothing.com)
... Or, get a real Members Only jacket for even less. SICK! (But no liquid leggings, pleas.)

($21, Something Else, RevolveClothing.com)
Meanwhile this Something Else by Natalie Wood (not THAT Natalie Wood) tee is just $21. I should know because I BOUGHT IT!

($13, Insight, RevolveClothing.com)
And OF COURSE I'd have bought this because you KNOW how much I FREAKING LOVE horses and ponies, but it's only in stock in a small. Bew! But if I did have it, I'd wear it with...

($76, Luc Keiffer, RevolveClothing.com)
Love that gorgeous salmon shade that really only '60s bathrooms came in. I'd also wear this with...

($185, Jill Stuart, RevolveClothing.com)
Pretty pretty!

($108, Devotte, RevolveClothing.com)
For dressing up like Lady Prince!

($31, Noir, RevolveClothing.com)
For cute hippies!

($122, Soia & Kyo, RevolveClothing.com)
To cover it all up in the c-c-c-cold! Happy overeating!

Footwear Fetish Friday

Today's post is nuh-in' but shoes, y'all.

Let's start with the in-season stuff.

($280, Devotte, Refinery29shops.com)
Just boho enough but not too barfy-boho. Now someone please find a more affordable knockoff, k?

($198, 12th Street By Cynthia Vincent, Shoplastyle.com)
They're called "Holiday Heel," but I think they're clever in any weather.

($139, Maloles, Bluefly)
J'adore hard-to-find Spanish shoe line Maloles. I also love the leather flats, which you can get here at LaGarconne.com or at the outrageously overpriced Kirna Zabete.

($64, LaRedoute.com)
While I might fall down and break stuff in these heels, they are darling. The heel's only 3", they look taller.

($24, LaRedoute.com)
These aren't totally my speed, but they look comfy and work-appropes. The teal's super cute.

($217, Ashley Dearborn, RevolveClothing.com)
These are ridiculous but totally fun. And finally, something to wear to Puffy's White Party!

($178, Vintage Chanel, DesignerExposure.com)
These are so "Dallas." Love.

($595, Etro, Vivre.com)
Speaking of ridiculous, these are patently ridiculous, but I love 'em. Straight out of a Prada ad where the models are all greased up and lounging in a poolside cabana with trays of food they're totally not eating.

Okay. Now for some totally out-of-season boots.

($799, Anna Sui, Net-a-porter.com)
Um, something tells me Net-a-Porter.com doesn't have a layaway plan. Bollox.

($49, LaRedoute.com)
I generally have a weird prejudice against brown boots, but these COULD actually be sorta cute in brown. And off-season = passing the savings on to you!

($63, Charlotte Ronson, ShopLAStyle.com)
Too wedge-y (hee) for me, but these are a great deal. Stash that shit for fall, y'all!

($188, Michael Kors, Nordstrom.com)
Not sure how I feel about the Studio boot(-ie) in bronze, but it's lovely in black:

($167, Irregular Choice, Schuh.co.uk)
I'm. Not. Afraid. I think these are the funnest, most ridick boots EVAR. And I want 'em. And MK, I already know what you're gonna say, but trust me: you'd come around. If we still lived together, I KNOW you'd end up borrowing them.

Now for some sorta out-of-season heels that are still awesome:

($69, Pink Studio, Village-Shoes.com)
So fun, great price.

($109, Oh Deer!, Village-Shoes.com)
Granted cork + 4-inch heels makes these a leeettle Aguilera, but the 70s-wallpaper fabric makes them a bit less ho-ey. And here they are at shoe-epic.com for only $62, but only in 6 and 8.5.

($73, C Label, ShopLAStyle.com)
These are completely bad-ass.

Now for some amazing finds from Dolce Vita.

($75, Shopdolcevita.com)
Grey heels = deee.lish.

($130, Shopdolcevita.com)
These are outrageously awesome in black AND gold.

($130, Shopdolcevita.com)
Paris-3 = quelle rad! These remind me of Ashley Dearborn, and speaking of Ashley Dearborn...

Here are some amazing Ashley Dearborn picks.

($272, ashleydearborn.com)
And how can you not love a shoe that shares a name with one of Prince's main hos???

($310, ashleydearborn.com)
Must. Learn. To. Separate. Wants. From. Needs.

And finally, shoes I'd consider paying for with rent money.

As Refinery 29 reported, they're $278 and they're by Rachel Comey, available at Pear (the sister shoe store to Plum) on Ludlow Street. And I really really want them. Like a lot. Also, check out Rachel Comey's mind-blowingly gorgeous F/W 2007 line. Check out these standouts, as I deviate from the all-shoes nature of this epic post:

And finally, here's your morts:

($550, 6267, Madisonlosangeles.com)
Are these 6267 Yves D'Orsay Pumps the result of two shoes melted into one? Are they the conjoined twins of the shoe world? Whatever they are, they're rank. (Reported by Jargol.)

Okay. I am done now. Bye!

Eley Kishimoto Shoe Storm

Oh the weather outside is frightful. So let's pretend, shall we, that it's raining not big, yukky, puddle-producing buckets of rain but instead shoes by British husband-and-wife team Eley Kishimoto.

($347, Eley Kishimoto, Asos.com)
I don't usually go for T-bars, nor shoes that cost nearly $350, but good GOD these are amazing. I LOVE the super '70s, Partridge-happy combo of red, white, blue and yellow.

($364, Eley Kishimoto, Asos.com)
Such beauty.

($321, Eley Kishimoto, Asos.com)
Much like that annoying Corrs song, Eley Kishimoto's Cut Out Court Shoe pretty much leaves me breathless.

A few more from the Eley Kishimoto site:

Peep 'em here.

These are just so perfectly vintage looking that look like they should have that good thrift store musk smell (as opposed to the depressing old people death thrift store smell). And I mean that in a good way.

Here's a used pair
, but otherwise, my eBay search netted NO shoe results. Boo... Now for some non-Eley Kishimoto shoes:

($180, S&J, Satineboutique.com)
Love the innocent old-schooliness of the buckle and strap with the Trash and Vaudeville color scheme.

($265, Devotte, Satineboutique.com)
Yay for the vintageness of the Kaitlyn wedge. And I was JUST discussing with someone this weekend about how hot teal is. So if I said it, you KNOW it must be true.

($79, Vince Camuto, Smartbargains.com)
Is it weird that I like these?

And now, to be serious for a rare moment... I (Tamron Lohan) graduated from a university very near to Virginia Tech and have family and friends all throughout Virginia. So, not to be "that girl" and take some weird, dramatic, overrelating tragedy co-opter who's like "Oh my God! I once DROVE BY THERE" or "I knew a guy who knew a guy who knew someone's roommate who once went to a party with someone at Virginia Tech," or something, but it does hit really close to home. It's just extremely surreal. My heart and thoughts go out to all of the victims and their loved ones and the Tech students and community.
