Rich & Skinny Boutique Goin' Down At Rue La La RIGHT NOW!

($142, Rich & Skinny, Nordstrom)
Guise! Despite the fact that I'm not technically skinny and CERTAINLY not rich, I absolutely LOVE Rich & Skinny jeans, which were designed by some of the former brainchildren behind Seven for All Mankind, Citizens of Humanity, and Joie. They're super slimming, give me extra length (which I DESPERATELY need), they're slightly stretchy without venturing into Mom territory, and really sleek and COMFORTABLE! They kind of remind me of William Rast but FAR more wearable.

I've got Rich & Skinny's Sleek Straight Leg Stretch jeans, which are not SO cheap (but they don't break the $200 mark), BUT, HIIIIIIIIIIIII you can get them for like $79 at RueLaLa RIGHT NOW! So go go GO! If you need an invite, hit me up in the comments, 'kay?

... And check out the Rich & Skinny selection at SmartBargains -- lots of high-waisted flares, if that's your thing. And, watch the fun Flash models at RichAndSkinnyJeans.com. They walk around and stuff! Hee.

You NEED To Get This Jones New York Hooded Leather Bomber Jacket IMMEDS!

($229, Jones New York, Smartbargains.com)
DUDES! This brown leather bomber jacket -- WITH HOOD -- is the BEST way to drop the F-bomb on winter, once it's actually warm enough to wear a transitional jacket. Get it! It totally reminds me of a Mike & Chris leather hoodie but WAAAAAAAY less.

Fantasy Shopping the Smartbargains.com 3 For $99 Sale

Smartbargains.com is having a 3 for $99 sale on apparel, jewelry and shoes. Since it's Smartbargains, this is less of a fantasy shopping trip, for in its affordability lies the potential for an "actual" shopping experience. But since I'm (sorta) trying to practice restraint, my e-cart shall be abandoned.

So, most of the clothes suuuuuuuuuuuuucked, but I did find some really cute shoes. Here's what I found for you:

($39, Steve Madden)
A cute staple.

($39, Steve Madden)
They also come in white and silver.

($39, Steve Madden)
They also come in an icy, metallic blue and in gold.

($39, Nicole)
These also come in gold, but, oddly enough, I think they're cuter in blue. And again, hurrah for non-skyscraper wedges.

($39, Nine West)
They come in white too, but the reds are far cuter.

($39, Nine West)
Ain't bad.

($39, Steve Madden)
There's a very high likelihood that these could suck in real life, but there's also a small chance that they could be cute.

($34, Kenneth Jay Lane)
There's a ton of Kenneth Jay Lane stuff, and as much as I love his jewelry, this is probably the only piece I'd wear. Eventhough I could make it. (Cough cough.)

($39, Salt Works)
Decently cute in both shades.

($39, Romeo & Juliet)
By far, the cutest of all of the apparel on sale.

($39, Speechless)
... And by far, the worst. Speechless indeed!

Now go forth, and fill up those carts!

Tuesday Shoesday

Yay! Shoes! A subject that needs absolutely NO introduction. But if I were to summarize, I'd say... flats, skimmers, a whole lotta Seychelles and a few out of seasons. So let's step to it, eh?

($65, Nicole, Lulusfashionlounge.com)
Perfect height (I HATE the super stacked platform wedges, for me at least), fantastic neutral, and non-nauseating use of snakeskin!

($62, Seychelles, Lulusfashionlounge.com)
The Seychelles Barefoot in the Park is one of the few shoes I've ever discovered that I want to buy in every color. Case in point:

($69, Seychelles, Solestruck.com)

($68, Seychelles, Kitson.com)
Tee hee! More Seychelles! These would be named: Always A Lady

($32, Charles David, Delias.com)
Cute AND a steal!

($79, Seychelles, Solestruck.com)
I couldn't resist! More yellow! More Seychelles! More cutes!

($29, eBay)
I sorta liked the fun Florida bubbe colors here, until I realized they're also EYELET! NOOOOOOOOO!

($58, Exchange By Charles David, Zappos)
As I've previously posted, I am NOT a flip-flop fan. But... I sorta like the preppiness of these Charles David flops.

($174, Miss Sixty, Shoebungalow.com)
Great in theory, probably a hot mess in practice.

($99, Via Spiga, SmartBargains.com)
Ditto.

($107, Exchange By Charles David, Zappos.com)
Absolutely no clue why I like these. Actually, I'm not even sure I do.

($79, Seychelles, Solestruck.com)
Want want want want.

($69, Seychelles, Solestruck.com)
OMG. Madonna shoes. WANT! I totally had jelly shoes of this variety when I was a wee one. Oh man I want I want I want. I understand that with such great power comes great responsibility. I promise to use that power for good and not evil (evil being pairing with leggings like these.
Or these.

And finally, something I most decidedly DO NOT want:

($249, Roberto Cavalli, eBay)
Mine eyes!!!!!

All I Wanna Do Is Just A-Voom Voom Voom

Usually I don't consider Jennifer Boobs Hewitt to be an arbiter of cutting-edge style. Nor Guilana DiPandi for that matter. But... they're both on the money with their endorsement of adorbs Voom dresses by designer Joy Han.

Here. Let me sprinkle some cuteness on you:

($178, Voom, Blondette.com)
I will dream of this dress for a fortnight.

($258, Voom, Blondette.com)
LOVE these colors, and you KNOW big pockets are in, y'all.

($169, Voom, HarmonyLane.com)
I went back and forth on this for a few seconds, but then I confirmed my own suspicions: this is fucking a.dor.ablay. And the owl pins are detachable (for all you haters or hunters out there).

($174, Voom, Voomonline.com)
Jury's out on this one, but the wooden elephant is so delightfully '70s that I can barely think straight. Also, here's the same dress for a wee bit less.

($130, Voom, Coco-Delilah.com)
Beautiful AND on sale. Note: Attempt to "winterize" this piece with boots and dark tights = horbs.

($238, Voom, Shopintuition.com)
This is lovely in theory, but we need not express our nautical affinities so loudly. It's just a little too "He's-in-the-army-now-red-lipstick-open-mouth-wink-wink-y" to me.

($196, Voom, Voomonline.com)
Of course you gotta take the good with the bad, and this is defintely bad. It's like an Anakin Skywalker Does Denim situation or something. Pass!

You can check out more of the Voom collections here. I like the Fall stuff and her use of darker colors better than the warm weather stuff. And, here's lots more Voom stuff on sale at The Red Lemon Store.

Now that I ostensibly still have your attention, here are some cute flats, on sale! Yay!

($49, J.Lo, SmartBargains.com)
Oddly cute!! Might have to lift my J.Lo = J.No embargo!

($49, Kenneth Cole Reaction, SmartBargains.com)
Kenneth Cole pulls off bronze metallic without the horbs tackiness! Hooootyhoooo!
