Keith Urban has officially completed treatment at the Betty Ford clinic for alcohol addiction. The country star's rep confirmed the news after Urban was spotted at the CAA afterparty for the Golden Globes with wife Nicole Kidman last night. Urban plans to pick up where he left off with promoting his new album and planning a European tour this April. The 39-year-old singer entered rehab on October 19 last year.
