I'm liking liking liking the bold, chunky pieces, geometrical designs, Aztec themes, '70s inspirations, and bright but not obnoxious primary colors. The line's geared toward teens -- note the lower price points, especially the earrings -- but I'd wear a lot of the pieces. But then again, I'm basically 13.

Nicole Richie Gushes About Baby Harlow

Nicole Richie, who appears on the cover of this week's People magazine with daughter Harlow, couldn't help but gush about her 9-month-old.

"Harlow's a delicate soul," Richie said. "She studies people. She's very coy. People say that she and I make the same expressions. But everyone says she looks like Joel."

"I'm cool with it," said Madden, calling Nicole the best mom he's ever seen. "As long as she doesn't look like me in a wig when she's 16."

The couple, fresh off the road with a Good Charlotte tour, have just moved into a new home in L.A. and are in the throes of planning an October 19 walk to help end family homelessness.

DJ AM Back Home in L.A.

After spending six days in the hospital following a devastating plane crash that killed four people, DJ AM (Adam Goldstein) has been released from care and returned back to his home in Los Angeles. His famous friend and co-survivor, Blink 182's former drummer Travis Barker, is expected to be released in a couple weeks. Both underwent treatment for burns after surviving the crash last Saturday in South Carolina.

While I agree with many of the commenters' spot-on assessment that yes, the dress indeed looks like it was fashioned from pediatric scrubs, I think it's adorbsly fun in an '80s way.

Days after he and Nicole Richie welcomed daughter Harlow, Joel Madden can't stop gushing over his newborn. "I am finally home with my beautiful girlfriend and our brand new little daughter," he writes on his DCMA Collective Web site under the heading "It's a Girl!!!!" "She is 19 inches long and growing everyday already! We are so blessed to have this beautiful little baby in our lives." He adds that the baby "looks so much like her mom its crazy!" And how is Harlow? "She eats like a little maniac and she's really sweet," Madden says. "She barely ever cries, even when daddy is changing her diaper, and believe me I suck when it comes to diapers, but I'm learning! I can't wait to show off some pictures." Nicole and Joel welcome daughter

Nicole Richie and her rocker boyfriend Joel Madden are the parents of a daughter. Harlow Winter Kate Madden was born Friday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and weighed 6 lbs. 7 oz. "The beautiful healthy baby girl left the hospital with her ecstatic parents," says the rep, who confirmed the birth. Richie entered the hospital through a secret entrance late Thursday. Both Courtney Thorne-Smith and comedian David Alan Grier welcomed babies Friday. Richie's parents and Madden's brother Benji and his girlfriend Sophie Monk were at the hospital.

Nicole due this week

The countdown-to-baby has begun for Nicole Richie and Joel Madden. Their first child is due "sometime in the next week," Madden's older brother Josh told reporters at the FUZE/Resolution Slenderize bash in Hollywood Wednesday night. Just don't expect the eldest Madden to dish any secrets on the impending arrival. "That's all we know," he said. "We don't know what [gender] it is. We don't know any names. I'm being completely honest, I swear!" Josh – whose next gig is DJ-ing at a Sundance Film Festival party with younger brother Benji – said he's recently logged some quality time with both brothers and, of course, Richie. "Christmas was awesome," said Josh, whose younger sister Sarah also recently gave birth. "Nicole couldn't fly, but we were all there. My sister's baby was born on he 20th, so it was right before." And yes, the proud uncle has already picked out his baby present. "I got them some clothes, that's what I'm into," Josh said. "We're very excited."

Nicole and Joel find the meaning of Christmas

In their first major charitable outreach since announcing the launch earlier this month of the Richie-Madden Children's Foundation, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden on Saturday hosted a holiday party for children and families from L.A. homeless programs. More than 200 children and their family members enjoyed a "winter wonderland" on the Paramount Studios lot featuring teddy bears, cookies, cupcakes, face-painting, clowns, holiday music, Santa Claus and his elves. Children, selected from the L.A. homeless program Beyond Shelter, were able to choose from a teddy bear mountain of 500 "Cuddle Cub" stuffed bears. "It was a no-brainer for us to pull this party together for them for the holidays," Richie, who is pregnant with her first child, said. "We want to do much more to address the homeless issue, especially where it puts children at risk. But for now, we can at least try to help them have a merry Christmas by giving them teddy bears and getting them fitted for shoes. That's something we can do right now, today."
