Photographer files suit against Anna Nicole

Anna Nicole Smith will be facing more court battles. Her ex-boyfriend and self-described babydaddy, photographer Larry Birkhead, filed suit in LA yesterday demanding that Anna Nicole return to the U.S. with her newborn daughter and that Dannielynn Hope be given a paternity test. The lawsuit also claims that the former Playmate was taking methadone and fled to the Bahamas to avoid having her baby tested for drugs. Birkhead is seeking custody of the baby and claims Smith had asked another, unidentified man to say he was the father of the child - a plan which was scrapped because the man had had a vasectomy. "The public will be very surprised when they learn the details of the lifestyle this baby is going to be faced with if she remains in the current situation," Birkhead's lawyer said. The photographer says Howard K. Stern is claiming to be the baby's father only for his own financial gain. "There is absolutely no way that [Stern] is the father of the child," Birkhead told MSNBC after Stern appeared on Larry King Live last week. "He knows it, I know it and that's all there is to it. He challenged me on live television to get an attorney, so I have taken him up on his offer."
